Setting the rules of harmony is the basis of the fundamentals of improvisation and composition.
• Chord solos and harmonization of melodies. As well as reharmonization of chord grids. Nothing brings so much freshness to an idea as reharmonization, changing the original harmony of a song. This is an opportunity to look at the song from a different angle, to move away from the beaten path, to avoid similarity. And to be “similar” is like death for a musician. My personal experience
