Salary during paid internship
The salary is equivalent to the national minimum level, i.e. £5.73 per hour (22 years and over) and £4.77 per hour (under 22 years). Students work full time up to 40 hours per week. The cost of accommodation, food and National Insurance taxes will be deducted from this salary. This leaves students with around £110-130 per week after all expenses have been deducted.
