The admission rules govern the admission of citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens, stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad (hereinafter - citizens, applicants), for training in educational programs of secondary vocational education in the specialties of secondary vocational education (hereinafter - educational programs) at the state autonomous vocational educational institution of the Krasnodar Territory "Leningrad Social Pedagogical College" (hereinafter - the college), carrying out educational activities according to educational programs of secondary vocational education, at the expense of the budget of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the budget of the Krasnodar Territory

Admission of foreign citizens to study at the college is carried out at the expense of the budget of the Krasnodar Territory in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation, federal laws or the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the education of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, as well as under agreements on the provision of paid educational services. 4. Admission to college for training in educational programs is carried out on the basis of applications from persons with basic general or secondary general education, unless otherwise established by Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation” (hereinafter - Federal law). 5. Admission to study in educational programs at the expense of the budget of the Krasnodar Territory is publicly available. 6. The college transfers, processes and provides personal data received in connection with admission to the college in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data. 7. The college guarantees the observance of the right to education and enrollment from among those entering educational programs who have a basic general or secondary general education, the most capable and prepared to master the educational program of the appropriate level and the appropriate focus. II. Organization of reception at educational organization 8. The organization of admission to study in educational programs is carried out by the college admissions committee (hereinafter - selection committee). The chairman of the selection committee is the director. 9. The composition, powers and procedure for the activities of the selection committee are regulated by its regulations, approved by the director. 10. The work of the admissions committee and office work, as well as the personal reception of applicants and their parents (legal representatives) are organized by the executive secretary of the admissions committee, who is appointed by the director. 4

Organization of informing applicants 13. The college introduces the applicant and (or) his parents (legal representatives) with the charter, with a license to carry out educational activities , with a certificate of state accreditation, with educational programs and other documents regulating the organization and implementation of educational activities, the rights and responsibilities of students. 15. In order to inform about admission to study, the college posts information on the official website of the college in the information and telecommunications 5

Acceptance of documents from applicants 18. Admission to the college for educational programs is carried out for the first year on the personal application of citizens. Acceptance of documents for full-time and part-time forms of education begins on June 1, 2016. Acceptance of applications to the college for full-time and part-time forms of education is carried out until August 15, 2016, and if there are free places, acceptance of documents is extended until November 25, 2016. 19. Upon admission to training in specialties (Pre-school education, Teaching in primary grades, Organization of services in public catering), included in the list of specialties, upon admission to training for which applicants undergo mandatory preliminary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established upon conclusion employment contract or service contract for the relevant position or specialty, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2013 N 697, applicants undergo mandatory preliminary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established when concluding an employment contract or service contract for the relevant position, profession or specialty. 22. When submitting original documents in person, applicants are allowed to have their photocopies certified by the college secretary. 23. The college does not allow the collection of fees from applicants when submitting documents specified in paragraph 19 of these Rules. 24. A personal file is opened for each applicant in which all submitted documents are stored. 25. When submitting documents in person, a receipt is issued to the applicant. 26. Upon written application, applicants have the right to pick up the original document on education and (or) document on education and qualifications and 9
10 page 10 of 11 other documents submitted by the applicant. The documents are returned by the admissions committee within the next working day after submitting the application. VIII. Admission to college 27. The applicant submits the original document on education and (or) document on education and qualifications from August 16 to 20, 2016. On August 2016, the director of the college issues an order for the enrollment of persons recommended by the admissions committee for enrollment and who have submitted original documents on education and (or) documents on education and qualifications. An appendix to the enrollment order is a list of named persons. The order with an attachment is posted the next working day after publication (August 26, 2016) on the information stand of the admissions committee and on the official website of the college. The overall performance of students is 100%, the percentage of quality of training depending on the specialty is from 68% to 74.5%. In the last 3 years, there has been a positive trend in the quality of applicants, especially for teaching specialties. Average score the certificate of applicants in 2016 was 4.4 points for teaching specialties and 4.0 points for service specialties. Students of pedagogical specialties are trained in the practical use of modern equipment in their future professional activities, including interactive ones: play sets “Froebel’s Gifts”, Montessori, tactile games, SMART Table, LabDisk GLOMIR, and, of course, scientific laboratories in Spectra “suitcases”.
Since 2015, our college has been a participant in the WorldSkills Russia movement in the competencies “Preschool Education”, “Teaching in Primary Schools”, and since 2016 representatives of the new competencies Restaurant Service, Robotics and JuniorSkills have become active participants.
On the basis of the Pedagogical Education Resource Center, a specialized center for the “Teaching in Primary Schools” competency has been created, operating on the basis of WorldSkills International (WSI) and WorldSkills Russia (WSR) standards, the main goal of which is to train participants in the WorldSkills movement in regional and national championships.
This center brings together participants and experts from 6 pedagogical colleges of the Krasnodar region and carries out methodological and design activities, implementing all WSR standards.
During the 2015-2016 academic year, students participating in the WorldSkills movement actively promote this direction in the Krasnodar region, gaining regional and federal experience. So in November 2015, students Tatyana Khokhlova and Ekaterina Saenko took part in the open Championship according to WorldSkills Russia standards “Moscow Masters” in the competencies “Teaching in the lower grades” and “Preschool education”.
Continuing to master the experience of the WorldSkills Russia movement, in February 2016, college student Anastasia Efremova took part in the WSR Regional Championship “Young Professionals” of the Yaroslavl region in the “Teaching in the Lower School” competency, which was held at the Rybinsk Vocational Pedagogical College. And in the open Championship of the Moscow region WorldSkills Russia in the Moscow region in Kolomna, college student Ekaterina Saenko competed as a non-competitive participant.
The result of work in this movement was the victory of college students in the regional WSR championship of the Krasnodar region in April 2017 and participation in the Final V of the National Championship “Young Professionals” WorldSkillsRussia in Krasnodar in May 2017.
